A children's board book designed to encourage the use of seatbelts. This lyrical book blends color and rhyme to increase pre-school age children's awareness of car seats and seatbelts.

It also provides children with knowledge to share with parents and other family members about proper car seat and seat belt use.

Buckles Buckles Everywhere is a public service publication of the CB Committee, Aiken, SC to bring awareness to car seat and seat belt usage for 2 to 5 year old children.

Bridgestone-Firestone South Carolina and the South Carolina Department of Transportation supported the CB Committee, a community group composed of the Aiken County Tri-Development Center, the Aiken County Coroner's Office, and private citizens.
